Registration Under Customs (EXIM)

License required to import/export except in the following cases -

• I/E of goods under baggage and luggage order
• Import upto 10,000
• Export Upto 10 lakhs.

Eligibility Criteria - Provided under EXIM code procedure, 2078

• Registered or licensed as prescribed under DOI/Commerce industry supply protection department etc.
• Paid up capital is more than 10 lakhs
• PAN obtained
• Registered under VAT
• Not having to pay any Government Dues

Bank Guarantee of 3 lakhs as well as recommendation letter from the bank is required other than those prescribed.



Renewal

Shall be valid for one fiscal year unless it is Special EXIM code. Can be renewed for 5 fiscal year at a time.
