Under Invoicing in VAT Act

Goods similar in stock can be withheld which have been sold through under-invoicing. Tax officer can also cause to purchase the goods at such declared price.(105% in customs act) . If such person refuses to sell, the goods can be taken into custody and cause to be purchased. Such goods may be sold or caused to be sold as prescribed
